Fermented at 10°C with lager yeast and then cold-lagered for smoothness, this love letter to malty goodness is a profusion of aromatic coffee, molasses, raisin and caramel flavours from twelve different malts. Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops add balance and bitterness.
