Roast, black and chocolate malts provide a deep black colour with garnet highlights. Addition of Oyster sells adds a subtle briny character -Smooth and velvety – hopping is restrained, as it's only there for balance,
and a use of UK hops provide earthy and spicy topnotes. One to sip by the fire.
